    Treatment Approaches

I integrate therapeutic modalities to provide a holistic approach focused on hope, healing, transformation, and growth.

    Primary Approach

    NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model)

Exploring the connection between neurobiology, self-awareness, and affective experiences through relational presence with self and others, and connection to a collective sense of belonging.

    Supporting Approaches
Attachment-Informed: Building a secure therapeutic relationship to foster deep emotional healing.
Feminist, Multicultural, Strength, Compassion, and Ability-Based: Empowering you through an equality lens, capacity for resilience, heartfulness, and reconnection with personal empowerment.
Polyvagal Theory: Mapping the nervous system and its responses to stress and learning how to reconnect with safety and social connection.
Psychodynamic: Supporting clients in understanding current issues by exploring past experiences and subconscious awareness. This approach can help with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, PTSD, OCD, relational issues, and personality disorders.
